Nice Bright Red Displays
These are nice displays for any project. I have found 10mA to be a good value for proper brightness. The current jumps past 15mA very quickly which will burn these out so be careful. Here is the pin out for the displays I received: Pin1 - SEG E, Pin2 - SEG D, Pin3 - Common Cathode, Pin4 - SEG C, Pin5 - D.P., Pin6 - SEG B, Pin7 - SEG A, Pin8 - Common Cathode, Pin9 - SEG F, Pin10 - SEG G.

Very bright, large enough to read across the room
At first, I couldnt get it to work with the voltage specified in the description. Then I found the datasheet here: http://www.foryard-led.ru/pdf/fys-10014ax_bx.pdf. All the segments except the decimal point are two LEDs in series, so if you are going by voltage instead of current, it has to be doubled. The center pins on the top and bottom are the cathodes they are connected.
